North Hastings Community Centre – Primary Equipment Supply
This tender encompasses the Primary Equipment Supply scope of work for an Equipment Supplier to provide equipment for the Refrigeration Retrofit at the North Hastings Community Centre in Bancroft, Ontario.
This tender encompasses the supply and start-up of the Primary Equipment and delivery to site of:
● two (2) Integrated Thermal Packages (ITP);
● one (1) Prepackaged Cold Pump Deck;
● one (1) Prepackaged Condenser Pump Deck; and
● one (1) Dry Fluid Cooler.
Optional Price to be provided for supply, freight to site and start-up of one (1) Adiabatic
Fluid Cooler.
Tenders must be received no later than 4:00 pm, local time on February 20, 2026, by the undersigned:

Contractors are advised that the Town of Bancroft reserves the right to accept any proposal or reject all. Proposals shall be irrevocable and remain open for acceptance by the Town for a period of ninety (90) days from the proposal closing date. The lowest (bid) or any proposal shall not necessarily be accepted.
