Garbage, Recycling and Landfill

The Town of Bancroft provides dependable waste collection services to help keep the community clean and well maintained. While garbage collection and disposal remain managed locally, residential recycling is now overseen by the Province of Ontario through its extended producer responsibility program. Residents are encouraged to follow provincial recycling guidelines and continue practicing proper waste sorting to reduce landfill use and protect the area’s natural environment.

For questions or more information about waste collection services, please contact us. Our team is happy to assist with inquiries regarding schedules, acceptable materials, and proper waste disposal practices.
