North Hastings Community Centre – Automation
This tender encompasses the Automation scope of work for an Automation Contractor to provide the work for the automation of the new refrigeration plant being installed at the North Hastings Community Centre in Bancroft, Ontario.
The project will consist of a new stand-alone automation system for control and monitoring of the refrigeration plant equipment including supply of all required control valves and instrumentation and the supply and installation of all required automation panels, wiring and components for a fully functional refrigeration plant automation system.
A mandatory site walkthrough is being scheduled for February 12, 2026, to be coordinated by appointment. Bidders must register for the site walkthrough by contacting [email protected]. Note that all questions are to be submitted in writing to [email protected], no questions will be answered on-site.

Contractors are advised that the Town of Bancroft reserves the right to accept any proposal or reject all. Proposals shall be irrevocable and remain open for acceptance by the Town for a period of ninety (90) days from the proposal closing date. The lowest (bid) or any proposal shall not necessarily be accepted.
