Mural Campaign

The Mural Sponsorship option offers individuals, families, businesses, and organizations the opportunity to leave a legacy in the new North Hastings Inspiration Place. Through sponsorship of books and featured mural elements, donors will be recognized within a custom mural celebrating literacy, learning, creativity, and community. Designed and painted by a local artist, the mural will be prominently displayed in the library foyer, creating a welcoming focal point that recognizes community support while helping fund the development of this important community space.

Residential Component – Rural Roots Property Development

The North Hastings Inspiration Place includes a residential component consisting of 40 housing units located within the five-storey mixed-use development. These apartments are owned and operated by Rural Roots Property Development, helping to create a vibrant, multi-purpose community hub in downtown Bancroft. Integrating housing with the library and community programming spaces supports downtown revitalization while providing residents with convenient access to services, learning opportunities, and community connections.
