North Hastings Community Centre – Heat Pumps
This tender encompasses the installation of Heat Pumps for an HVAC Contractor to provide the work for the installation of split-head heat pumps providing supplementary heating to offset the forced air furnace usage.
The project will consist of the supply and installation of the in-duct heat pump heads and the routing and installation of the ductwork, refrigerant piping and remote condenser for the heat pumps such that a fully operational supplementary heat pump system can offset the usage of the forced air furnaces.
A mandatory site walkthrough is being scheduled for February 12, 2026, to be coordinated by appointment. Bidders must register for the site walkthrough by contacting [email protected]. Note that all questions are to be submitted in writing to [email protected], no questions will be answered on-site.

Contractors are advised that the Town of Bancroft reserves the right to accept any proposal or reject all. Proposals shall be irrevocable and remain open for acceptance by the Town for a period of ninety (90) days from the proposal closing date. The lowest (bid) or any proposal shall not necessarily be accepted.
